X CarbonTech is the composites manufacturing brand of Composites X, based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We produce lightweight, durable, high-strength carbon fiber components for aerospace, automotive, industrial and custom applications.
The company was founded with one goal: to deliver superior composite solutions that combine advanced engineering, modern production methods and a deep passion for material science.
Equipped with CNC milling, dual-head waterjet cutting and vacuum resin infusion systems, we turn raw carbon fabrics into precise composite parts — and support our customers from the first design discussion to series production.

03How we work
From concept to production, under one roof
Engineering, tooling, laminating and machining happen in the same facility. That keeps decisions close to the people who make the parts — and keeps your project moving.
Step 01
Engineering
We review requirements, loads and geometry, then develop the design with 3D modeling and FEA analysis — selecting the right materials and manufacturing method.
Step 02
Prototyping
Where an existing part is the starting point, we capture its geometry with 3D scanning, develop the CAD model, then use 3D printing and precision machining to create prototypes for fit and function testing.
Step 03
Manufacturing
We build the molds, then laminate using resin infusion and CNC or waterjet trim every part to its final geometry.
Step 04
Production
Validated parts move to repeatable production — from small batches to series — with dimensional control at every stage.
