Composite manufacturing
Carbon fiber parts manufacturing
We produce custom carbon fiber parts that combine high strength, precision and a clean finish — lightweight components for industries where performance and reliability matter most.
- Process
- Vacuum resin infusion
- Reinforcements
- Carbon, aramid, glass and hybrid fabrics
- Surface finish
- Matte or glossy twill

01Overview
Overview
Using resin infusion and premium composite materials, we manufacture components that are both lightweight and durable. Every part is laminated in our own molds, trimmed on our own machines and inspected before delivery.
Whether you need a single prototype or a full production series, the same team supports you from design to finished part.
02Process
Carbon Fiber Manufacturing
Step 01
Design review
We assess geometry, loads and finish requirements and recommend laminate and process.
Step 02
Tooling
CNC-machined molds are built for the required geometry and surface quality.
Step 03
Laminating
Parts are produced by resin infusion for low voids and consistent fiber-to-resin ratio.

Manual placement of laminate process layers Step 04
Trimming & finishing
CNC and waterjet trimming, then matte or gloss surface finishing.
03Applications
Applications
- Structural and semi-structural components
- Body panels, covers and aerodynamic parts
- UAV frames and mounts
- Machine parts and brackets
- Visible carbon parts with cosmetic finish
