Scanned, tooled and infused carbon parts that fit the vehicle and carry a visible-grade finish.
01Challenge
Body and aerodynamic parts had to fit existing vehicles exactly, save weight over the original parts and carry a flawless visible carbon finish.
02Engineering
The mounting areas were 3D scanned and the parts modeled on the scan data. Laminates were defined for stiffness and appearance, and molds were designed for clean demolding and trimming.
03Manufacturing
Molds were CNC machined, parts were produced by resin infusion, then CNC trimmed and finished in matte or gloss.
04Result
Lightweight carbon components produced to the digital geometry with a uniform weave and consistent finish — repeatable from part to part.
