Quality at every stage

Material selection and incoming inspection
Carbon, aramid and hybrid materials are selected for the application and checked on receipt for uniform weave and resin compatibility. Documentation requirements are agreed at the quotation stage.

Tooling
Mold geometry and surfaces are checked before production starts.

Laminating
Vacuum integrity and infusion are controlled for full wet-out and minimal voids.

Machining
CNC and waterjet programs are generated from your CAD data.

Final inspection
Dimensions and surface finish are checked before release.
