01Overview
Overview
Composites are abrasive and sensitive to heat and delamination. Our CNC process is set up for these materials, delivering clean edges and tight tolerances on laminates, plates and sandwich panels.
Beyond carbon fiber we also machine aluminum, plastics and foams — including mold blanks and master models for our own tooling.

CNC Machining
Step 01
CAM programming
Toolpaths are generated directly from your CAD data.
Step 02
Fixturing
Parts are fixed to avoid vibration and edge damage.
Step 03
Machining
Trimming, pocketing, drilling and 3D milling on a 4-axis machine.
Step 04
Edge treatment
Surface finishing and edge treatment before inspection.
