Composite manufacturing
Tooling and mold manufacturing
The quality of a composite part starts with its mold. We design and produce precise molds for accurate geometry, smooth surfaces and long service life.

01Overview
Overview
Molds are CNC-machined from suitable materials and prepared for the required surface finish, whether for a single prototype, a small batch or full-scale manufacturing.
Because we use our own molds in production, tooling is designed with demolding, trimming and repeatability in mind from the start.
02Process
Tooling & Molds
Step 01
Tool design
Parting lines, draft and flanges are defined from the part geometry.
Step 02
Machining
Master models or molds are CNC-machined.
Step 03
Surface preparation
Mold surfaces are finished and sealed for the required part quality.
Step 04
Validation
First parts confirm geometry and finish before production.
