Frequently asked questions
What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
Ideally drawings or CAD files (PDF, STEP, IGES, STL, DXF or DWG), the required quantity, material or finish requirements and your timeline. If you have no drawings, a sample part or photos with key dimensions are a good start — we can 3D scan the part.
Do you make one-off prototypes as well as series parts?
Yes. We produce single prototypes, small batches and series production — and the same team supports your project through every stage.
Can you reproduce a part without drawings?
Yes. With 3D scanning and reverse engineering we capture the existing part, rebuild it in CAD, adapt it for composite manufacturing and produce it in carbon fiber.
How large can the parts be?
Our 4-axis CNC mill has a 3 × 2 m work area and our dual-head waterjet a 3 × 1.5 m cutting area. Tell us about larger parts and we will check what is feasible.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Machining accuracy can reach 0.05 mm, depending on the material, geometry and manufacturing process. We confirm the required tolerances for each part before production.
Which materials do you work with?
Carbon, aramid, glass and hybrid fabrics; PMI foam, Nomex and aluminum honeycomb cores; epoxy resin systems. We also machine aluminum, plastics and foams.
Do you work with customers outside Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Yes. We work with customers across Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East. Delivery terms are agreed with each project.
Can I buy composite materials from you?
Yes. We supply carbon and Kevlar® fabrics, epoxy resins and hardeners, core materials, chemicals and production tools.
